Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a $100 caution fee, refundable upon the safe return of the equipment. All equipment should be returned within three (3) days of completion of the hike. There is a $5 per day overdue fee for backpacks. A $10 per day overdue fee for Vango tents and a $25 per day overdue fee for Eureka tents. All equipment should be cleaned before being returned to the Office. Failure to clean can result in a forfeiture of the caution fee.
